Presidents Day Crowds--best before Monday or after Monday?

We are thinking of a trip next February. I know President's Day is normally busier (at least at WDW so I assume here too). We'd be going mid week to mid week -- so probably like Wed Feb 11th through Wed Feb 18th OR Wed Feb 18th through Wed Feb 25th.

Can you tell me -- is there a difference in crowd levels leading up to versus after President's Day?

We are also doing a day or two at Busch Garden as well.

We've been after and it definitely was busier than normal.

It doesn't really slow down after Presidents' Day *** you then have the build up to the marathon so it is at least a full week after before the crowds drop.
