Presidents day advice please

WE have two days - thurs 2/15 - fri 2/16 - to see universal studios. Any advice on which park when??? Harry Potter is the highest priority! Thanks : )

I would suggest IoA on Thursday (2/14) and the Studios on Friday (2/15) since Fridays tend to bring more people. Plus you're visiting during Mardi Gras so the Studios stays open later (8pm) because of the parade...which you should see and could do all that on Friday.
