Red wine helps in cardiovascular health, but also raises your cancer risk! Its a double edge sword.

Too much fat = obesity
Too much nicotine and cigarettes = lung disease.

Yes, food nourishes our body, but in the extremes we suffer the consequences.

I like Obama, I agree with most everything that he's doing. He's only been there for about 2 months so I'm not going to say much, but he was my pick for president.

My mom hated him, but she's starting to accept she likes SOME of the things he's doing.

My body is destroyed by cancer. I did not choose to have cancer, I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
