Sounds good- looks like you have a variety. I'm sure you'll love O'hana! We're going to try Kona too on our June trip.
If you have a night for it, I'd say Biergarten is better for a dinner since its so much food (I personally don't like eating a lot that time of day- but in Epcot at least you know you'll walk it off!) But its worth the experience either way if you need to do it as lunch.

I know you like character meals, but I'd be tempted to do Kona for breakfast instead of dinner - perhaps in place of your Ohana bfast unless you're a big Lilo & Stitch fan?

Kona has to die for Tonga Toast (french toast stuffed with banana, fried, dipped in cinnamon sugar). That with their French press Kona coffee is our new last day tradition.

Anyway, Captain Cook's in Poly also sells the Toast. Or for a surcharge, you can order it while at Ohana's breakfast.

ak-breakfast tusker house- We are trying this for the first time in July, but I've heard good things!

epcot/worldshowcase

coral reef-dinner- Good food and a nice atmosphere.

le celliar-dinner- SO GOOD! I love the filet mignon with mushroom risotto.

mgm
hollywood and vine for fantasmic package- We hated this place. Horrible food and horrible service.

magic kingdom

liberty tree tavern-dinner- It was fun to eat there, but we just weren't a big fan of the food.
cinderellas castle- twice once for breakfast and once for dinner(i love this place)- We love eating there for dinner! Good food and it's just fun saying you're eating in the Castle!

Poly
ohana-breakfast and dinner(never been here)- Both breakfast and dinner are good here. This isn't a guarantee, but ask for a table by the window with a MK view!
kona cafe- dinner (never been here)- This place is so good too! While eating here, you can also order off the sushi menu from next door.

Contemporary
chef mickeys-dinner- This is a must for us every trip! We always try to eat there our first night. It's a fun way to start things- meeting Mickey, Minnie, etc.

Le Cellier is my DH's absolute favorite and he has had steak at thousands of places. The atmosphere is great, too. Mostly for adults but my DD5 didn't complain at all. She liked the break basket that had an assortment of breads including soft pretzel sticks.

Akershus we had for breakfast and the food was just decent but the character interaction and the photo of everyone with a princess (usually Belle) that comes with it is great.

Crystal Palace is awesome. Beautiful restaurant and variety of foods at the buffet. Characters are great.

Cinderella's Royal Table is great. I have been for dinner and breakfast. The food is again just okay but the breakfast character interaction with the princesses is wonderful. And getting a table by a window overlooking Fantasyland is the best.

The Poly Ohana breakfast with Lilo and Stich was a highlight on our last trip. They did a parade with the kids carrying maracas and the place is so nice. There are other characters, not just Lilo and Stitch. We also got Mickey and Pluto. The food was excellent. The restaurant and hotel are just gorgeous.

Chef Mickey's is my absolute favorite. I can not say one bad thing about Chef Mickey's.

Liberty Tree Tavern has decent food but I don't know if it's worth using a TS credit now that the characters are gone. I was SO sad about that.
