Prepay gratuities??

I was was curious if there was an advantage. Besides the exchange rate.

no special advantage other than some feel its one less thing to worry about. i don't pay in advance because i use our obc's to pay them. to each their own.

I will have enough onboard credit from my previous onboard booking to pay for my gratuities, so I am not prepaying mine.

When I cruise on Rogal Caribbean or Celebrity and choose the anytime doing option, the gratuities are added to the cruise fare.

i know that feeling. when we sailed in october we paid an extra 10 cents on every u.s. dollar which was okay. today it is an extra 30 cents on every dollar and things are not looking up.
