I currently have Cingular and I realized that I'm being charged .10 each time I call someone and they don't pick up (nor do I get a voicemail or answering machine). I get charged the .10 just for the ring. I think this is absurd and it never happend with Virgin or any other prepaid plans I've had, nor does it happen with "real" plans, or land line phones and it didn't start out like this with Cingular. I think it's a recent change and I am not liking it one bit. Anyone else get charged for rings?
