Preopening program

Can someone explain to me how this works?

I read it in the member's guide, but I do not understand what it is saying.

What preopening program? Can you be more specific? The only thing that comes to mind is the show at MK that happens before park opening, but I don't know if that is what you're asking about.

If I remember correctly, it's a way for members to rent a room from DVD prior to any units being declared into the association.
