Premium Package???

Hi all, I apologize if I am on the wrong broad/thread for this question.

Does anyone have a website that states what exactly part of and not part of the premium package. I had read on a few threads that certain recreations are not part of it (parasailing and so on), but also read that they were in other threads. Also, are the World Showcase restaurants out as of now...or does that begin in 2007? And how about roomservice...does that count now or does it start in 2007.

So confused! Help! Again...sorry if I am on the wrong thead!

I found the best info on Disney's website. Type "premium" in the search and click on the first link for 2006 info. We are using the plan next month so let me know if I can be of help. I will post a TR.
