Premium DVC Annual Pass - Spouse purchase without ID card

I need ideas from you fellow DIS friends. My wife (who doesn't have a member ID card) will be going with my kids for an early year trip in January. My idea was to purchase the Premium vouchers ahead of time and take them to get the tickets in January. However, my wife will be there and not me so she won't have a Vacation Club ID card. Any ideas on how we can pull this off?

Not sure how you can pull that one off. I purchased mine and they specificly told me to make sure everyone had their membership card when we go to redeem the vouchers at the ticket window.

I called MS and got my answers. Thanks! It's possible but you have to buy ahead of time and get a special GSR code.

I guess my question is why can't she just take the card you have? That one may have your name on it but it applies to both owners. Other option is just call MS and order new ID cards which takes about six weeks but you should have them before January.

Same here, since that's our situation, too.

I simply assume that I MUST have DH there to do anything that will or might require the member card. (like legal pool hopping, buying/activating a DVC AP, etc)
