Hi! we are brand new to DVC (just made FIRST ressie today in fact!) and were delighted to see that we can purchase a PAP at $399 each 
My question is...I read that these discounted APs need to be activated on or before 12-31-12, but we won't be going to WDW until June of 2013. Is there any place other than Disney itself where I can activate a pass? I'm thinking that this is just a perk that we won't be able to take advantage of this year...
