Does anyone know if we can exchange our 14 day ultimate ticket (which is only available in the UK) to a premium annual pass?

We also have a number of adr's and eat most of our meals at WDW. Would it be worth purchasing the dining membership?

We will be using the passes for a total of 28 days in one annual year, does this make it more worthwhile?
