Just out of curiosity, why are most of your meals "breakfast"?
I prefer to eat breakfast in our room/resort and save my TS meals for late afternoon/early dinner. We try to book for the buffet style restaurants as there is always something that everyone will like.(picky eaters)
Enjoy your trip!

You must like breakfast!!! You have a breakfast and dinner at Kona, I did have breakfast here and it was good. Did you ever think about dinner at O'hana?

Are you on the dinning plan? If so, I must say doing dinners or even lunches is a better value.
But if you are that into breakfasts, then go for it.

Personally I only do one big breakfast as WDW. That is enough for me, there isn't enough variety at that meal. I like to sit and relax at dinner time. For me when I get up (which I sleep in a bit) I want to get started right away, not sit back down for a break at breakfast. But that is me.

I wonder if there is a reason behind so many breakfasts?
Like getting into the park early, or ????

Maybe she is paying OOP. When I went in 2008 I was paying OOP for my meals so we did mostly breakfasts and a few lunches. The kids got to see the characters and it was much cheaper.

Just my thoughts and opinions :goodvibes

1st day: Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare ICK..the food was terrible, the place was sooo noisy and the characters were not that interactive at all
2nd day: Breakfast at Kona Fantastic!
3rd day: Breakfast at Chef's Mickey Excellent and lots of fun!
4th day: Dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe GROSS! The food was so fatty and greasy that we couldnt eat it and there were no fun and games going on
5th day: Breakfast at Crystal Palace One of our favorite places!
6th day: Breakfast at Cape May Cafe Another excellent choice!
7th day: Dinner at Cape May Cafe Awesome food!
8th day: Breakfast at Akershus The best character interaction ever and the food was excellent!
9th day: Dinner at Kona I do not like this place for dinner but I love breakfast and lunch. I would rather go to GFC or the Wave

I can't speak for the OP, but we love the character breakfasts in the park at the first seatings at 8am. That way we get character interaction and breakfast, then we leave and the park is still not quite open yet so we get to avoid some crowds getting to the inner ropes. Win-Win. :)

The trick to get out quick is to ask for the check as your server takes your drink order - then you take care of the check while you are eating and can walk out into the park when you are done. That way you do not have to wait for your server to run the check when everyone else is trying to pay and get into the park.

IMO with that many breakfast buffets you will get tired of it. Most of those places serve very similar things so you will get a lot of repetition. I would suggest changing some to lunch or dinner.
