I have a friend planning a summer trip. She will be about 7 months pregnant. Since I've been to WDW many times during the summer, she was wondering what I thought. I know it's pretty brutal and tiring NOT pregnant. What do you think? Any tips? Thanks!
Went to Disney in July 7 months pregnant. Was not that bad. We stayed off property, but I would recommend staying on property. I could not leave without the entire family leaving, but if we had stayed on property I could have gone back to the room for a nap. I sat in the shade and drank lots of water when my DD and DH rode rides I could not ride. We live in Kansas, and the heat here prepared me for the heat in Florida. The humidity was a little worse. I took powder (cornstarch based travel size) with me into the park, and every chance I got I "powdered-up." Helped me stay cool and dry. My DD was little, so no need to rush around. We took it easy. Wore comfortable shoes, with no concern of fashion/cute. Also wore light colored, cotton fabric clothes. I look back now and wonder how I did it, but I don't remember it being that bad.
