Yes another high heel thread!!:cool1: :cheer2:Better than the Royal Wedding right? So I flipped through this show last night, and after a few minutes I began to think that it actually had nothing to do with heels, so where is my interest? :confused3

what channel is this show on?

eta, I see Bravo.
I haven't seen this, but it might be interesting, I like reality tv :)

Ok, so who was able to watch the entire show? After the second "mother" I had to change the channel. This show is just sad; the supposed mothers are soo unprepared and don't appear to be the least bit concerned about their newborns:confused3

Well for starters, Rosie's accent is odd, very odd. I tried watching this show. Its not for me at all.

I'm trying to figure out her accent as well. It is almost as though she is partially deaf. I have googled, but did not find out anything...it is a really weird accent.

I am a self admitted reality TV junkie, I watch all of the housewives, flipping out, bethenny's nine million shows.....the list goes on I watch them all.

After watching this show for about 20 minutes I wanted to kill myself. These clients have more money than 99% of the public, they are obnoxious, self entitled, dumb (yes this is my opinion), and just plain annoying. This is one bravo show I cannot take.

I had this on in the background the other day and I ended up paying way more attention to it than I meant to! I couldn't believe that one woman who had put on like, 80lbs during her pregnancy - she was so mean to everyone around her! I thought she totally deserved it when her dog peed on her wedding dress...

Rosie sort of sounds like me! I think it's an English accent belonging to someone who has been in the States for a while and picked up a slight American accent along the way.

I can watch almost anything on Bravo and I have a hard time with this one. Fifteen - twenty minutes here or there is the best I can do. I expected over the top women with out of the ordinary problems/issues but there is nothing pulling me in. I am not interested in the women, Rosie and her staff are eh. I am pretty sure Rosie said she is English in the first episode.

Rosie is british. I have been following the show. She is basically a baby concierge. She has a clothing line, wedding gowns, and helps teach mothers to be that have no idea what they are doing. But she works with millionaires basically. These moms want hair and make-up in the hospital, etc. Their divas!! That's where the pregnant in heels came in. Most of the moms to be will only wear heels:lmao:

Ugh. So I was stuck in a hospital bed yesterday with nothing to do while hooked to fetal monitors so I flipped on this show thinking it would give me some insight into maternity fashions. I could only watch it for about 20 minutes. Yes. Her accent is strange. DH and I were trying to figure it out. To me she souned like a Brit with a lisp. And the mom's on the show just made me want to puke. I mean the one mom who hired her to help brand her child with a power name was just ridiculous. Who does that? Anyway, I can't imagine that show will be on long. Here's your 15 minutes of fame.

I think "The Soup" was making fun of this show last week and that's as close as I'm going to get. If Joel says it's stupid I take his word for it (LOVE him).... but thank goodness for stupid shows otherwise I'd have nothing to laugh at when I'm bored.

Joel did make fun of this show, and rightly so. What a train wreck.

I saw this show for the first time last weekend. I hated it. The "Pregnancy Concierge" was obnoxious and rude to both of the pregnant ladies I saw in the episode.

First, the one lady wanted to ask her boss to be the baby's Godfather. The chick said "Oh, when you ask THE LORD to be the step father, you have to do xyz" blah blah blah. Nevermind the woman was close with the potential Godfather, but the prengancy concierge lady kept saying "oh, you need to do it properly, you MUST cook for him, you MUST do this" it was extremely annoying.

Then she was extremely rude to the poor woman with the gestational diabetes who was looking for a wedding dress. The part where they had her in the park and with the trainer was awful to watch, they were rolling their eyes at the poor pregnant lady who was obviously uncomfortable was down right rude. Then the whole thing of the wedding dress, it was like she thought the pregnant lady shouldn't have an opinion, just go with whatever the concierge wanted. And that black dude with the weird hair was rude to the woman's husband.

I like trashy reality shows, but this one is one that I would NEVER watch again.

:lmao:

Me too, I love a lot of reality tv, this show I figured is more or less Bridezilla, except with the pregnancy twist. I have a low tolerance for people with too much money that do not know how to handle it responsibly. Being wealthy doesn't give you cart blanch license to be a B IMO, or the other word for men. People like this I often wish they would lose their money so they would get a big life lesson and learn how to treat people with respect.

A better name for the show may have been: Impossibly Pregnant? :confused3 I think throwing "heels" in the title was probably a way to get somewhat of a male audience like stupid men like me who fell for this.
