I figured it might be useful to someone else in the future to hear my impressions of being at Disneyland while 31 weeks (7.5 months) pregnant. I'm 34, this is the first baby (so no kids were with us), and I'm having a very healthy and uneventful pregnancy except for some problems with my SI joint, which was mostly under control until I threw it out again on the night of the 20th. So a lot of the issues with stairs/ramps were caused by that--even with a brace, I had a lot of trouble with those things
My overall advice for going to Disney pregnant: 1. REST and 2. HYDRATE. By the end of the trip, we'd gotten into the groove of doing one thing or maybe a couple things that were very close together, then sitting and resting, sometimes with a snack. We carried water bottles at all times, and yes I found most of the restrooms in the park.
We stayed at the Park Vue Inn, which I would absolutely recommend. We got a remodeled room (1 queen, 1 bunk) that was the first room on the first floor--loud, but a short walk to breakfast, the gift shop (where we bought bottled water every night so we'd have one cold bottle; we refilled throughout the day), and most importantly, the park.
Here's the list of attractions. I'll try to make my first comment be a timetable of what we did. Basically every day we did 4-5 hours in the parks, then a long break, then another 2-3 hours.
Attractions I couldn't ride:
Attractions I rode that were not a good idea:
Attractions I enjoyed but that were a bit inconvenient/uncomfortable or where I had to request special accommodations:
Attractions I did with no problems:
Attractions I skipped: a * means I wanted to ride but decided not to for some reason; § means I wasn't interested:

Attractions I couldn't ride:
- Star Tours, Space Mountain, Autopia
- Matterhorn
- Gadget's Go Coaster
- BTMRR
- Splash Mountain
- Indiana Jones
- Grizzly River Run
- Goofy's Sky School, California Screamin'
- Radiator Springs Racers, Luigi's Flying Tires
- Tower of Terror
Attractions I rode that were not a good idea:
- Winnie the Pooh

Attractions I enjoyed but that were a bit inconvenient/uncomfortable or where I had to request special accommodations:
- Innoventions (that's a heck of a ramp to walk up)
- Castle Walkthrough (narrow and a lot of stairs)
- it's a small world (stairs at the end, plus the bit where it "catches" the boat)
- Pirates of the Caribbean (mostly the end where the ride "catches" the boat; also the boats banging each other at the end; drops were OK)
- Silly Symphony Swings (fit just fine in the swing, but the experience was more intense and made me a little dizzy)
- Aladdin show (had to ask to use the elevator; they seated us in Orchestra instead)
Attractions I did with no problems:
- Disney Gallery, Story of Disneyland, Main Street Cinema, Disneyland Railroad
- Buzz Lightyear
- Alice in Wonderland, Storybookland Canal Boats, Pinocchio
- Haunted Mansion
- Enchanted Tiki Room
- Soarin' Over California (twice)
- Ariel's Undersea Adventure, Mickey's Fun Wheel (non-swinging), Jumpin' Jellyfish
- Blue Sky Cellar
- Disney Animation
- Monsters Inc.
- MuppetVision 3D
Attractions I skipped: a * means I wanted to ride but decided not to for some reason; § means I wasn't interested:
- Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln* (they no longer do continuous shows), Main Street Vehicles
- Captain EO*, Finding Nemo§, Astro Orbiters§
- Mad Teacups§, Mr Toad's Wild Ride* (it broke down while we were in line), Peter Pan* (wait), Snow White's Scary Adventures* (wait), Dumbo§, King Arthur's Carrousel§, Casey Jr.§
- all of Toontown* (wanted to see Mickey's and Minnie's houses, but the wait was too long) except Roger Rabbit
- all of Frontierland§
- Davy Crockett canoes§
- Jungle Cruise§
- Red Car Trolley§
- Redwood Creek Challenge Trail§
- Golden Zephyr* (DH refused), Toy Story Mania* (wait), King Triton's Carousel§
- Bakery Tour§
- All of Bug's Land§
- Mater's Junkyard Jamboree* (wait)
