Preferred view at ASM

Hi! Can someone tell me what preferred view at ASM means?

At the All Stars, the extra charge is for Preferred Location rather than View since there is no water, lagoon, savannah, etc.

Not sure if you meant ASMo or ASMu. At all of the All Stars the buildings closest to the main building are preferred locations. Here is a link to info that should answer all of your questions:
