preferred seating for Pixar Play Parade?

Is there any preferred seating for this parade, I remember reading awhile back some sort of dessert thing for the block party bash, is this available for this parade?

Its a must go to!! My hubby, kids and I Loved it! We just got our dinner at 4:30pm and layed a blanket out right up to the street.....it was really great....we went twice...I dont understand why they only play it once a day....its sooo good

We had 5:00 reservations at Wine Country Tratoria. We asked for outside seating. When we checked in there were several tables right by the railing. Dessert came right as the parade started. It was a perfect view and we got a meal and not just the snack box we received for Fantasmic- eventhough that was really good. But the parade was at dinner time and Fantasmic was at dessert time

I just made a PS for Trattoria ~ for Mon. the 8th @ 5:10, I requested outside seating. That should be fun! Where is this restaurant?

I did not have preferred seating, but I had a front row view of the parade when I went early November. I sat on one of the benches near Wine Country Trattoria looking out to Paradise Pier. It was a great spot! Some of the characters came right over to our bench.
