Preferred AP Discount on gate prices

I tried to search the threads for this answer, but couldn't think of how to word it best. Can I use my Preferred AP to get 15% off preferred APs for the rest of the family? Even though it would be gate prices - would it be less expensive than buying them through AAA or US Online?

FL resident visiting with 5 other family members end of June - begin of July.

APs are already discounted...they are not discounted again so no...you can only get the AP discount off the park tickets themselves...not APs.
