Pre Trip Report from Missouri

Hello, my name is Tammy and I am a proud Mom of a 16 year old and wife to a great guy named Mike. I am currently trying to finish my degree in Secondary Education with a History emphasis. We have been to Disney twice, once in May 2005 during Star Wars weekend (not planned that way) and then again during September 2007 with my brother and his family (with free dining). We all decided to take a vacation again together this year and Disney of course was our top choice, we have never quit talking about it since we left that sad September afternoon. Our trip dates this time are May 24- June 2. We have wrangled back and forth several times with shorter dates because of work schedules however it is working out to take a full ten days- wooo hoo!!!! We have it booked to stay at Carribean Beach as of right now, but I must admit I am going back and forth with staying at Pop Century again. In 05 we stayed at All Star Movies and then in 07 we stayed at Pop. Pop Century was not a good experience for us and in fact we spent a whole day resort hopping to see if we could afford to move resorts mid trip. However, since it was free dining week it just wasn't practical.
Right now, it is Carribean Beach for us and I am sooo excited!!! Has anyone stayed there and if so could you write about it and let me know what you think. I would love to hear from someone that has stayed in the refurbished rooms. I am also dying to do a couple of ADR's. We have quick dine dining, however we are going to pay out of pocket for a couple of meals since they were our favorite sit down meals last time. They consist of Coral Reef and of course my favorite Rose and Crown. Well let me know what you think so far about our choices.
