I've still got 8 1/2 months left until my trip to WDW, but I'm already getting really excited about it. As I looked around this forum, it really made me see how much planning is ahead of me.. and I'm excited about that too!
I'll introduce the cast:

We've got the trip planned with some other family, DW's two sisters, their husbands, and 3 more kids, ages 7, 5 and 3. We'll be staying for 7 days, not sure where yet.
As a clarification on the First Family Trip, it will be our first trip there as a family; I have been to WDW myself when I was 4 years old. DW, DD2 and I have all been to DL (we live on the west coast). DD1 and DS have never been to either place, and I'm very excited to go see it with them!
Things I know I need to figure out next:
Where we're staying (on site)
What we're eating
What parks we want to see when / strategy..
We have quite a wide age range in the kids so it might be a challenge to keep everyone happy, if anyone has any experience with this or advice I'd love to hear about it.
