Hello everyone this is such an great place, I love learning and planning with everyone-
I am Jennifer, and I am disney planning obsessing as of late! Our trip is planned for May 16-23. My last trip was April 2002, so there has been quite a few changes in "the world". Last trip, I did much less planning, aside from shows and fireworks-only ADR I had was San Angel(which will be closed when I go this time:sad2:).
This time, going with kids, I am trying to maximize what we can see and do and enjoy it all(no stress.) My Boys will be 3 1/2 and 2 weeks shy of 1st birthday. I am open to feedback, as I haven't ever done the world with kids. My DN(20) and BF are also going but doing universal and discovery cove too(I have done them before, great fun). I would like to celebrate baby's birthday early while there(tried to be there for his B-day, but had conflicts)

SO heres the plan for now, subject to change and I would love input.
Staying at Hilton Grand Vacation Club, near Seaworld(a very generous friend gave us her 2 bdrm suite TS!)
Arrive Saturday May 16, 10:30am, get rental car. Go to resort, get to look around and have lunch, use pool until room is ready. Will also run to Walmart/target(walmart seems closer), for snacks, water, easy breakfast stuff and diapers for baby. Possible SW for a few hours(buy one get one deal.) A good friend moved to Orlando, so we will catch up with her late eve at resort.
Sunday-Animal Kingdom. No ADR, dinner at resort or Cafe TuTU Tango on I-drive. Pool after to rest
Monday(DN Discovery cove). Magic Kingdom. Rope drop(need to get a plan for FP.) Back to resort for rest of kids need it. ADR Crystal Palace dinner 5:10(kind of plan baby's 1st celebration- should I call and tell them even though its not his real B-day.) Stay for Wishes and Spectromagic.
Tuesday- Hollywood Studios- RD, See Block Party Bash then over to 50"s PT cafe for 4pm ADR. Resort after. Dn babysit, and DH and I go out to see our friend.
Wed. MK- Monorail or boat(??) to Poly, ADR for Kona Cafe 5:30pm. Relax there and go back to park after for whatever we are up for.
Thursday- Sea World. Shark Grill for Dinner as long as we can get in(walk up at 10am for ressies)
Friday- Chef Mickeys 9:30am. I plan to park in Epcots lot then take monorail over. Back to Epcot for the day. ADR Tokyo Dining. 6:15 Illuminations. I would have loved earlier CM, and early into Epcot, but I had ADR before park hours and changed them to accommodate parks. crowds and had to take what I could.
Sat- Flight is 2pm, so am pool time, pack and... depart.

I hope I did ok, I am good with it as of now, I am super excited and enjoying planning.

Hi Jennifer!

It sounds like a very fun trip! I am jealous of your DN since I have never been to Discovery Cove, it looks so fun.

I think everything sounds wonderful. The only input I would have is to make sure you give yourself enough time on Monday to get back to MK. MK on Mondays are typically more crowded days and I wouldn't want to underestimate travel time back to CP.

How awesome that you were able to get a 2BR suite!

Can't wait to hear more!

Thanks, Discovery cove is great- we did it in '02 and Dn has been dreaming about it since seeing my pics. I am thrilled she can
If anyone with small kids is willing, I would love to see what touring plans ppl are using.I have unofficail guide but getting confused.
