pre-show prior to Beauty and the Beast at HS?

Last time we saw Beauty and the Beast, there was an excellent a capella men's group that performed a pre-show. Are they, or something similar, still there?

I'm not sure if anything has changed since then, but there was no pre-show when we saw it last June.

I've seen Beauty and the Beast at least 8 times over the past 4 years and have never seen a pre-show before. Last time was just this past February. I'm guessing it was a temporary thing?

How long ago did you see it? I've seen it probably 3 times all within the last two years and have never seen any preshow act for the Beauty and the Beast show

Four for a dollar I believe they were called? We loved that preshow. Have been gone for a long time (from Google it looks like 2008 was their last year).

Check them out on YouTube. They acted like stage technicians at first, then started singing.

I loved the Four for a Dollar pre-show and hate it was cancelled. I was able to see it in 2007 and 2008 at least before it was cancelled. They were fantastic.

I consider the cut of Four for a Dollar to be the start of Disney cutting down live entertainment.
Funny enough my son went to high school with the daughter of one of the singers, Sammy, and we are now close friends. They guys sing in other locations and under other names.
