Pre-rope drop ADRs with no EE?

I am wondering if it is possible to have ADRs for Minnie and Friends prior to open if you don't have access to EMH? We are using our MM on a Tuesday morning and I'm wondering about making an ADR pre-opening on Wednesday. Or is this a bad use of morning park time?

I just realized there won't be EMH on the Wednesday, so what about the Thursday. For example, if the park opens at 9am and EMH is at 8am, can I get an 8am ADR without having access to the EMH?

I had heard you could for say 820? or something because you can get in the gates 30 mins early before park opening to walk on main street. I would love to know if this is still true as we do want to do Minnie one day but will have no ee/mm

If the park opens at 9 AM but EMH begins at 8 AM, then the first seating at Minnie and Friends will be for 8:10 AM. Unless policy has changed since we last did this, then my answer is, yes, you can get a reservation even without having EMH. You will need to enter at the far left gate. There will be a sign saying something about Minnie and Friends breakfast or character dining. A CM will have a clipboard and check that your reservation is listed. Then your passes will be scanned in for the day and you will be free to enter the park and proceed to the restaurant. We have done this on an 8 AM opening day with a 7:10 AM reservation and enjoyed it very much. You should expect to spend 50-70 minutes at your meal.

This is all correct to my experience as well.

One other note: If your plans change and you do the character breakfast BEFORE using your EMH (say you do the character breakfast on Tuesday and plan to use EMH on Wednesday/Thursday), make sure they don't use up your EMH. I've heard that this can happen.
