Hey Guys!! I am starting to think about decor for my pre reception, we are doing our own floral and decor to keep costs down. My question is how many tables or how much space do we need to decorate for?

We are having our pre reception at the whitehall room and patio, and estimate between 60-100 people...huge gap, i know! My coordinator had mentioned highboys when we were down for our site visit a year ago but should we only bring stuff for those tables? What about the display tables? (Were thinking either fruit and cheese display or antipasto) Im so clueless, PLEASE HELP!!

What was your setup? Do you have photos or a diagram? Anything? TIA Ladies!:grouphug:

Your planner will be able to tell you how many highboys you'll need once the guest numbers firm up. You don't need to bring anything to decorate any of the food display tables except the cake table—Disney catering provides clouding, plants, and other decor items to dress these up. :thumbsup2

I didn't decorate my high boy tables at all for the prereception. Just the linens they came with and some mickey confetti sprinkled on them. Minimal. Like $1 per table, lol bc they charge for the confetti by the bag.

I was glad we didn't do anything bc no one used them anyway, just went to their reception table instead.
