what site is the best to pre-purchase tickets to disney and waterparks?

Here's a third vote for Undercover Tourist. Make sure you sign up for the MouseSavers e-mail newsletter. They provide a link to Undercover Tourist that lets you save a few extra dollars per ticket.

just to be sure i'm reading this right...a 10 day hooper is 318.00 at UT and 316.00 at disney.com

what is the benefit from buying at Ut (if i'm reading it right)

I believe UT includes tax and Disney does not.

The benefit is with UT you don't pay tax. When you finish your sale through Disney they add tax bringing it higher than UT's tickets.
