Pre-Planning Tool

I want to share something with this group. This is a pre-planning tool I developed to help our family figure out what to do on what days for our DCL/WDW vacation. So you pre-plan your activities here prior to actually trying to book them online (you need a Plan A, B, C and sometimes D!). I thought it might be helpful for others so I cleaned it up and added some basic instructions. Feel free to provide feedback

Don't care for it. Green normally means available, red - full.
Too many open tabs and super simple to make your own. All you did was create functions that took the date minus however many days. Not exactly rocket science.

Hmmm, perhaps I misunderstood. You created this tool and shared it for others to use, correct? In order to use your spreadsheet, I had to download the Google Documents app. From there, I'm able to click into your Pre-Planning Spreadsheet but that is all I can do. I'm unable to edit the spreadsheet with my information. The only option available to me is for Comment only. Was this what you intended?

Hi there. From within Google Sheets, you should be able to export/download to an XLS file or duplicate into another Google Sheet within your account. You may need to go to sheets.google.com to access this functionality.

Yes, "make a copy" will create a new one in your Google account, or you can download an XLS copy for use in Excel.

This is great marana! I've already got my own spreadsheet set up (also color-coded) or I'd definitely use yours!

This looks super fun! I love how you have the park opening times on the same page as your specific plans for week. Genius!
