Pre-ordering Kitchen Sink?

We will be at Epcot on our daughter's 5th birthday and we were thinking of going to Beaches & Cream for "dinner". But, instead of a meal, we were going to order the Kitchen Sink as a b-day celebration surprise. Any ideas on how to order it ahead of time so the kids don't realize what's going on until they bring it out?

Hey - that's what we're doing but not for a birthday, just for a surprise! I haven't done anything yet, but I figured I'd call up reservations and ask them about it. I'm also planning on writing out that's what we want and that it's a surprise just in case the message doesn't make it all the way through. That way, I can hand that in while ordering so I don't have to say a word about it until it arrives. We're going to tell the kids that we ordered for them.

*Do make your reservation soon, if you haven't already. We're 5 people so that made it tricky. I had to stalk the reservations in order to get one for my entire party.
