For those with girls that might need this, just got the email, Frozen costumes are available for pre-order online at chasing fireflies...chasing-fireflies.com
Don't know that it's really "budget," but didn't know where else to put.

Thanks for posting. I will check it out. I like chasing fireflies but not their prices. Frozen merchandise is becoming "somewhat" easier to find. At least at my local Disney Store. Last week I just decided to pop in because I was doing other shopping at the mall and they had a lot of both Anna and Elsa costumes. The manager told me that they're no longer holding back putting out Frozen merchandise on the floor till Saturday. That's it's going out as soon as they get it.
