Pre-opening adr and guest services

I have a pre park opening adr at Cinderella's Royal Table on our first day. I need to get a stroller as wheelchair tag. Can I do this before my adr since the park won't be open, or do we have to fight the traffic flow back to the front of the park after breakfast?
