Pre-lit christmas trees question.

If you have one, how do they come apart after chrsitmas is over to store? When one of the lights goes out does it make the whole tree go out? How long do they last as opposed to a regular fake tree?
I am debating on one of these because I get so tired of untangling the lights when you take the tree down.

We've had one for 3 years, and it's holding up great. It is assembled in 3 sections. After putting it together, you attach the 3 cords into a central line which goes down to your outlet. When individual lights go out, they don't affect the entire string. The lights are attached to the branches and simply unfold when you "open" the tree. Setup is about 5 MINUTES!!!!!!

I was wondering the same thing, Livda. After messing with the lights on our tree for almost two hours Friday night I was thinking one of those trees would be the way to go. EROS, I will have to show your reply to DH, I am sure he would jump on a tree that takes 5 minutes to assemble.
