Pre - Disney one night stay

Hey guys

I am looking for a hotel near WDW for 100 dollars or less. Shuttle from the airport would be a plus. Here's the deal. I booked a Vacation club villa, but will now be flying down a day early to add an extra day to our trip and to be able to fit everything in. Unfortunately, the Villa is sold out on December 12th and I am unable to add that day. I am on a waiting list, but wanted to have a backup plan. Need a room for 2-4 guests. We will not have a car, planned on using Magical Express, but not having a Disney room on the first night has thrown a kink in things. So looking for something affordable that offers a shuttle to the airport, and then we can take a cab to the Vacation club villa the next day. Thanks for the help.

2 years ago we flew in the day before so we could get to the park bright and early and get a whole day at Disney on the first day. I used Priceline and stayed at the LaQuinta 2 miles from the airport. LaQuinta picked us up from the airport, then brought us back the next morning. Disney's ME picked us up that morning and we were at our resort by 8am. Luckily, our cabin (Fort Wilderness) was ready and we dropped off our stuff and headed to the parks. The room at LaQuinta was around $60 and was nice enough. Nothing special, but decent. We also stayed there the night of our last day in the parks so we could have a whole day at Disney on the final day too. DME brought us to the airport that night, LaQuinta picked us up from the airport and then brought us back the next morning to fly out at 7:50am. We are doing the same thing this November, except we arrive at 11pm so we are going right to the resort... gets us an extra day of free dining credits by spending that night there!

I am no expert but I read this somewhere where someone booked the one night stay at a value resort with Disney. Doing so allowed them to use Magical Express to get to the resort. Not sure the specifics or how all this works but I believe the next day upon check out your bags can be transferred to the new resort. I am sure there is someone on here that can offer more help or specifics as I am just going by what I quickly read somewhere.
