You sound amazing! Make it a romantic gift to sit the mood for the whole trip. I would suggest a cyrstal figurine with one of her favorite characters in it or on it. I have two from our last two trips--one of Mickey himself and the other one is an apple with snow white etched in it.
And than to remember the whole trip why not a scrapbook set? Also when you arrive start with the photo pass right away and take all the pictures you can!

Hi, and good luck with what you decide, another suggestion, a figurine for the trip of M/M together, or Cinderella & Prince Charming........ a local engraving store and have your Disney Trip " DATES " and names on Mugs or Coffee Cups.
