Hi- there are a lot of unknown variables, so I don't expect anything more than a directional answer or first hand experiences where MMMV.

Is it possible to hit Animal Kingdom for EMH at 7:30 (well, 7am for 7:30 rope drop) from All-Star Music to ride Everest and Dinosaur a few times before heading back to the resort for our Disney shuttle to Port Canaveral?

I can already hear "They're not gonna make it!" from Dinosaur in my head as I think through this scenario, and yet...

Thanks for your thoughts/opinions/kind phrasing of disapproval!

Since shuttle times from the resorts can start around 8:30, I don't think it's a good plan.

The only way I would even attempt that is if you were to drive yourself to the park and then to the port.
Renting a car would be the best option, so you could leave your luggage in the car and go directly from AKL to the port.

Another option is to book a private driver to the port from the hotel. You would need to allow at least 1 hour to get back to the hotel (in case you just miss a bus). If you don’t care about being among the first to board the ship, you could spend a few hours at the park.

DH and I did AK before heading to the port once, although it’s been quite a few years since then. We had our own car though, so more flexibility. Pretty sure we left from the park straight to the port.

If you don’t have your own car, we have rented a car at the onsite car care center and then dropped the car at the rental facility in Port Canaveral. It was an easy process on both sides and the rental car drop off had a very quick shuttle to the post.

If you have to get to the port by 1-1:30, figure 90-120 minutes for the drive and car drop/parking. That gives you a few hours for AK morning.

I absolutely recommend giving yourself a week to enjoy the Disney parks and don’t visit hours before your cruise departs. I-4 and I-95 traffic will screw you over.

When I did DCL transport from Coronado Springs earlier this month, our meet up time was at 9:30am for a 10:00am departure. With that said, you won't know your pickup time until the day before, and they vary depending on how many stops they need to make (how many are using DCL transport at each resort).

I suppose you could make it work, but that sounds like it would be way too hectic for me. If you wanted to rent a car as other suggested, that might be more feasible.

Not cruise experience info, but I have gone to AK early and then tried to catch a bus 30 minutes to an hour after opening, and buses are not expecting to pick up at that time and it took forever to get back to the resort.
If you did this, I think you would not be able to rely on buses and would need to Uber/Lyft or have your own car.

Not with Disney transfers, easily if you take your own Uber/cab/private car.
