Just checking in on those who submitted for ROFR before 3/21 but were waived and closed after 3/21 (the rules change date).
This was true for us, we submitted 3/19, passed early April and closed early May (points loaded 5/18).
There is no clear indication on member services site of whether or not all your points are good for Disney Collection, Concierge Collect, etc. However, the points rules for our add-on are the exact same as the other contracts we have (requirements to use for cruising, etc.) - so I assume all is good from a "points are the same as direct purchase" perspective.
Just wondering if anyone else who straddled the deadline has looked into or confirmed this? I'm assuming all is good as Disney lead us to believe this in their clarification to the deadline and because the new contract has the same rules/disclosures as the others for exchanging out.
