This morning I am driving a friend to hospital for an operation to have a lump removed for biopsy. She is not yet a member of WISH, although I have told her about it and she is following a similar diet to me (with great success until the last couple of weeks when this happened).

Please remember her in your prayers and send PD her way.

Thanks for all your messages, prayers and PD. My friend has had the surgery and is doing ok - a bit stiff. She won't get the results of the biopsy for a week/10 days but I will update you when I know.
