DH's grandpa is dying . . .he stated on Friday to my MIL "he won't be here Monday" which is tomorrow. He is 82 years old and has faded away. It started with COPD (he didn't smoke) and his memory has been really bad. We were able to spend Thanksgiving and Christmas Day with him.
He had VNA coming in, then just last week Hospice Nurses started coming . . his breathing has become really bad and they said his lung capacity was at bare minimum. They told DH's mother that they didn't expect him to last the night. (Just like Poppi said). My MIL is spending the night there because she doesn't want DH's grandma to be alone if he does pass away.
Just hoping that he goes peacefully . . .saying a little prayer . . .
