Prayers and Pixie Dust seriously needed!!

My husband has to have back surgery tomorrow to fuse some vertibrate together because of two herniated discs. He will be out of work for at least two months. If any of you don't know, we have been under severe financial strain lately, and this one just takes the cake. I'm not sure how we'll get through, but I know we will. Just keep us in your good thoughts, all you good people of the Dis!

Wishing your husband relief. I had herniated discs in my lower back a couple of years ago and it is very painful. I would definitely say more painful than giving birth. My prayers are with your husband and you.

Well, he's out of surgery and we are in the recovery room. He's up and talking and everything went really well. Now if we can just deal with the financials, but that will come. Thanks so much for everything you guys. It really helped!
