My BF is having her baby today and she will be 8 weeks early. The babys name is Ava Grace, inspired by Amazing Grace. This is BF third baby to come early. Baby #1 Riley was born at 28 weeks and died soon after and baby #2 was stillborn at 22 weeks. BF has been hospitalized for 2 months now. They are doing an emergency c-section today because babys heartbeat is 170 and steady. BF white blood count is way up also.

I am truly hoping for a miracle today. I will post later this afternoon.

Thanks Everyone! Our prayers were answered! Baby Ava was born at 3:01 this afternoon and weighed in at a healthy 4lbs 4 oz.
She is on a ventilator and being incubated and has a tube inserted into her belly. She is stable this evening. We are hoping it is all up hill from here!

Baby Ava had a hard night but is doing fine this morning. She was on 100% oxygen and they have lowered it to 95% and she is taking breaths on her own but not enough so she is still on the ventilator. Mom got to see her at 1:30 am but only was able to stay 30 minutes because she was struggling with the breathing equipment. She got to hold her hand.
