My dgs (6) is being admitted into the hospital tonight. He has had a long running problem with impacted bowels and they are going to run a tube down his nose and try to flush him totally out. Please send a little prayer that this works and we can get the little fellow back to his wonderful self.
Little prayer for his twin sister who is going to be very upset that he is not there with her tonight.
I will be staying the night with him and hope I will be the comfort he needs. The twins and I are so very close, I was the first to hold them and they have lived with us since the day they came home from the hospital.

I am sorry. Hope all turns out ok!

It seemed to take forever for them to actually get the tube down his nose (safe to say he didn't enjoy that at all), they kept bringing in things one at a time and would leave for about 1/2 hour and bring something else. I think that part was worse on the grown ups because we just wanted them to do it so we could start getting him cleaned out.
