Prayers and Pixie Dust for myself

I really don't like to ask for things such as this for myself but I know right now that I need a lot of help. Sometimes I don't know if I am praying the right things or what. Things are very difficult for me right now and there is a lot I am dealing with. I need some strength and protection. I need to be able to stay strong mentally and physically.
