Thank you to the person (people) who suggested looking at Yoyo.com recently. I did some shopping and was able to purchase a few gifts and dog food at the same time in order bring my total up to $50 in order to get free shipping. I also saved at least 30% that weekend at each site which was great! Our dog food alone is usually over $50 at Petco but I got it for $35 at Wag.com.
Anyway, my praise is for the incredibly fast shipping ~ everything arrived within 3 days (2 different shipments) (and BTW, I had ordered from Kohls several days earlier and waited almost 2 WEEKS to get that shipment!) and super customer service.
Unfortunately, the Legos Friends I ordered were shipped with the 30# bag of dog food. The Legos box was crushed from the weight of the food. I sent a quick e-mail explaining the situation (I didn't want to give my daughter a crushed box for Christmas). After a quick e-mail response from a rep. a new box was sent and delivered within a couple of days! I was very impressed! I didn't have to send the original in and wait for a replacement, they just sent it immediately! That kind of customer service will keep my business.
So, thanks for tip about yoyo and all of their sister sites!
