Praise for Chef Gordon!

We had the distinct pleasure of meeting Chef Gordon last week at HH when we attended the wonderful Longview Cooking Club. (Yummmy - wish I could have done it EVERY night.) He is a true delight and very, very easy to talk with.

Anyway, I would like to let Disney know just what a gem they have in Gordon. Where should I direct my email/letter?

(PS Gordon recommended the Spartini Grill to us and it was fabulous. Too darn bad we found it on our last night!)
 
We had our private affair w/ Chef Gordon & it was the high point of our HH trip. The weather has been awful (I know, I know, SC needs the rain) but the rain broke for our PA dinner. We even got to walk on the beach after dinner. We had crab cakes, the seafood pasta entree and chocolate fondant w/ fresh fruit for dessert. We loved them all, esp. the crab cakes. Be sure to book well in advance. Shortly after we arrived, we left a message confirming our ressie and Gordon's message said he was booked thru 9/15. As more people experience PA, I'm sure it will be tougher to book, esp. in the summer.
 
Chef Gordon is Great you can really tell when someone enjoys their job. He is a perfect fit at H.H. and has helped make our trips special. My only wish was that I could have saved some room for more of the very yummy chocolate-carmel fondue but I had eaten so much great seafood at the P.A. that I was about to burst.
 
We have not done Chef Gordon and the PA, although I hope to next summer. We HAVE, however, eaten at Spartina Grill last month at HHI, and it was our favorite restaurant while there.

I can't agree more! Chef Gordon is a true gem! We spent the week of August 11 at DVC-HH and had the pleasure of attending Chef Gordon's new "Fast & Fabulous" program on Thursday night. It was terrific--he cooked a three course gourmet meal in a little over 30 minutes! We drank a little wine while he was cooking and sharing his secrets, then we got to eat the fabu food! I was stuffed--and very impressed--when I left.

I just remembered a good line from PA. When we talked about booking again, in the future, Gordon said that he was part of the start-up team for HH & he planned on being there until they took him out in a box.
