I've been watching this for 2 days now on my phone. So far, it looks like a nightmare. It's causing everyone to crash the parks first thing in the morning and causing over crowding at HS like I knew it would. I've saw this with the park reservation system and the virtual que in April. My wife and I stayed for 12 days and had 10 park days. 4 of the 10 we had HS reserved and we got a spot on Rise all 4 days. We bought park hoppers for that reason and left HS on 2 of the days as soon as we were done with Rise. Most people don't buy park hoppers so they are locked into HS for the day regardless if they got Rise or didn't. Not getting Rise and then having to be stuck at the park was a bummer I'm sure. It's really not a cool system to lock everyone into a park that they can't ride the most popular attraction. If it was like FOP back in the day, they would have just had FP's and trickled them out throughout the day as crowd control and people would have been much happier with the set up. At least when FP are 60 to 30 days out you kinda know what your vacation is going to look like in advance from day to day. With this LL you have no idea and it just creates anxiety constantly in the parks.
From what I saw there were far too many LL passes at Haunted Mansion yesterday and today. I've never in any of my trips in Sept., April and May seen the FP line backed up outside the gates of HM without it being broken down.
It doesn't look promising, but I wouldn't expect BOB to understand what guest want on a vacation.
