PPOs at AK, E, or DHS

I'm aware of the PPO at BOG strategy for MK, but not sure about using this strategy at the other parks. What have people done?

Akershus or Garden Grill at Epcot.

Tusker House at AK.

Hollywood & Vine at HS.

Right now there is no advantage in HS unless you're heading to Sunset Blvd to ride ToT or RnR.

AK is the same if your goal is FoP as you'll be behind the crowd.

EP, Garden Grill gives you a slight advantage with Soarin' and Akershus with FEA, but you have to eat quickly.

OK, thanks! I guess it matters which FP+ I get. I guess it makes sense to make the PPO reservation, then try to get the FP+ when the window opens, and if I get it, cancel the PPO.
