PPO Hollywood & Vine - Jedi Training Sign Ups? How does this work?

I have an 8:10am PPO reservation at Hollywood & Vine. After I arrive, when will I be able to go do Jedi Training Sign-Ups? How early do they allow people with PPO ADRs to do that? Can we sign up for Jedi Training Academy FIRST, then eat? Or will we have to eat first, then sign up later (hopefully before the RD crowds)?

Any intel/experiences anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.
