I have a few PPO reservations just for 1 person. I couldn't get a single reservation for all of us. How do they know at the entrance who has a reservation? What if we don't have magic bands?

Prior to magic bands, we would just give them our name & they would just look it up on their list (on a tablet)... I suspect that is still the case, but perhaps someone can confirm

Yes, they'll have a printed-out list and they'll check you off when you enter.

We always do PPO BOG and they have never asked for identification in our experiences

Just learned this myself. It means pre park opening. I have a reservation at 8:00 and the park doesn't open until 9:00.
