PPO Akershus - First Day of Flower & Garden?

I was able to score a PPO breakfast at Akershus on the first official day of Flower & Garden. Are we allowed to walk around and take pictures and such before our breakfast? Or are the PPO folks restricted access to certain areas? We're not looking to rush to breakfast, so a leisurely stroll to admire the scenery before the crush of humanity joins us sounds nice Are we going to get hounded by cast members to get a move on?
