PP+ $8.75 Voucher....

Where have people actually used them? I read that people say they can be used everywhere else....but has anyone done it? Would they work if I handed them in towards dinner at Goofy's Kitchen? Can I use them at Blue Bayou, or counter service places in the parks? What about dinner at Avalon Cove?(I have a coupon for there....do I *want* to eat there??? Have not seen that one mentioned before...)

The 48.75 voucher for Breakfast In the Park is just that, for breakfast and can be used at the locations stated on the voucher.

They are: Club buzz at Tomorrowland and Pacific Wharf Cafe at DCA. If Disneyland opens at 10:00 a.m., you can use the voucher at Carnation Cafe ONLY if Disneyland opens at 10;00 a.m.

All other food outlets are under NO obligation to accept the voucher.

A recent memo went out stating that fact that vouchers issued as part of a package are to be used at the location(s) printed on the vouchers.

Once exception, if you have a mult-day meal plan with dollar-denominated vouchers, those can be used at any location that serves food.

If you're going to upgrade to a Character Meal, just take your voucher into the Disney Travel office in Downtown Disney and they will be happy to give you $8.75 credit and apply toward the cost of a Character Meal.

The Character Meal vouchers are great as they include tax and tip!

avalon cove is now aeriel's grotto--i have eaten there and thought the food was very good, a good value and would eat there again! characters were chip and dale pluto and goofy. be sure to eat outside on the patio--very nice!

Ariels Grotto : aka Avalon Cove is a great character meal. If you are going for dinner make a PS and if it's hot (summertime hot) dont eat on the patio the air doesn't circulate too well. If the sun has gone down it is much better.
I recommend it - we try to go at least once a month! The food is not A+ but it is okay and the whole experience is definately worth trying at least once.
