PowerPass to Annual Pass Renewal ???'s

I currently have a power pass and with the Blackout dates I am considering an Annual pass to both parks.
Would I get the "renewal" discount for the Annual Pass?

I think you'd only pay the difference.

If I were you I would at least complain about the changes in the Power Pass. It doesn't state anywhere on that ticket or it's original sleeve that they can be changed. I hear they are upgrading people to the PAP for free.
I put a formal complain into the divison of Comsumer Servies of FL.

They had no right to do this. People planned vacation, took time off and booked hotels.
