Hello All,

So I am interested in joining a gym. I've never been a member of a gym before, my experience is basically with my high school and college gym. I am joining to use a treadmill in the winter months and a little weight training to get in shape. The two by my house are Powerhouse Gym and Snap Fitness. To me they both have pluses and minuses. Powerhouse is a little farther, but only slightly. They are a little bit more expensive, but offer a little more. Powerhouse has classes and spin and is larger. Snap is a little cheaper, but does not offer any classes. They have one called boot camp that is extra cost. They also have the EasyFit system which seemed pretty cool. Basically it is a calorie counter that counts throughout the whole day. Then it connects to your computer to show you when you were most active and what would be good for you to eat based on your day.

I REALLY like the idea of that. I also REALLY like the idea of the classes at Powerhouse.

Do any of you guys belong to either place?? Good experiences?? Has anyone used the EasyFit system?? Is it a come on??

I just don't know which would be better for me. I wish I could combine the EasyFit with the classes and create my own gym :rotfl2:
Thanks so much for your info and help!!

Danielle
